Hey with the big enforced ban on higher education, and forced retirement with no benefits for severence pay they are forced to scrap the bottom of barrel to find circuit overseers to fill that job because no one in their right mind wants it even among JWs.

CO kept mispronouncing "debt"
by Red Piller inso, this happened a while ago - but i never posted on it.
during a co visit, he gave a talk relating to jesus ransom (i think) and the "debt" that was owed by sin, etc.... he kept saying "debt" and he kept pronouncing the "b".
so it sounded like "deb-t".

Anyway you need a vacation from all this tension that comes from keeping a delusion alive in discussions with this group. Maybe you could join a nice safe(but boring) closely monitored "JW only" group if that is more your speed or liking.

These guys on the Governing Body are getting ready to fleece the flock for what ever they can get, this video gives the mind set that the Corporation sets their goal and what they should put first in their life(a mindless slave for the corporation).
These guys are just so blatant I hope it all back fires on them and the vast majority of JW children can't wait to get out from under thumb.

Is there a Child Molester on the Governing Body?

if you ask yourself, "why hasn't the watchtower leadership changed their policy on the 2 witness rule?
if one or more persons on the gb has victims out there that can't come forward because of the 2 witness rule, then that would explain the permanent road block to policy change that is obviously in place.

I guess we can speculate all we want on that question and come up with all sorts of biased reasoning. I would think that there is the possibility, these guys say that they abhor it in an official statement to the public but have absolutely no pity for the children harmed by their keeping things hush hush about a person guilty of it. They also believe that they are in charge of God's organization and will do almost any deceptive thing to keep God's organization from getting a black eye.
Could a person who is a child molester make it all the way to the top of the corporation and become a Governing Body member? Yes I think that's what Greenlees was so I would say the possibility very real. But I'm sure if anyone of these guys ever was for sure he kept it hidden from this Governing Body.
I guess that's all I can speculate on for what ever good it does?

by OneFingerSalute inas i sat through another mind numbing sermon this morning i could not help thinking that the speaker was a total clown.. lime green suit, white shirt, yellow tie, blue socks barely higher than his ankle, brown shoes, and an orange cast.
all that was missing was a big red rubber nose!
and of course everyone remarked what a wonderful talk he gave.

Shorter meetings for field service
by hoser inmarch kingdom ministry insert is about how the field service meetings will be shortened from 10 to 15 minutes down to 5 to 7 minutes.
they want the publishers to report more hours.
in my experience the problem isn't the length of the meeting for service but pioneers and publishers dogging it after the service arrangement.

Jehovah the Corporate mascot has determined that people need to get off the corporate asses and peddle more corporation goods to more doors instead of wasting time chit chatting about what the bible text for the day has to do with more corporation free service. Get out there and do your work you good for nothing slaves, and stop wasting corporate time on feel good coffee and donuts breaks and hit those doors and make those return visits. The JWs are running out of things to say so meetings for field service should be shorter, hey they are just handing out JW.ORG advertisements with no need to defend or answer questions just point them to God's Organization on Satan's internet, who needs a 15 minute preparation for that type of field service?(forgot about the totally brain dead LOL)
